Center for Women’s Health

We provide on-going and preventive health care for women from their teen years through their senior years. We constantly strive for quality individualized care and value the whole person: body, mind and spirit.

Appointments

To call and schedule an appointment, call 937-208-2007 M-F 8am-4:30pm.  (phones to voicemail 11:45am-12:30pm for lunch)

 

Bring the following to your appointment:

*Any medications you are taking other than vitamins or iron supplements

*Any questions you have (preferably written on paper).

If you will be more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, please call the center to verify that you can still be seen.

If you cannot keep your appointment, please call at least 24 hours in advance in order to open up that time for other patients.

If the Center is closed and you are pregnant and having a problem, call Miami Valley Hospital (MVH) at 937-208-8000 and ask to speak to the OB doctor on call. Make sure you write down the doctor’s name. You may be advised to go to the emergency room or to Labor and Delivery.

Insurance and Sliding Fee Scale Information

*All co-pays or office visit fees are due at the time of service.

*To qualify for sliding fee scale you must be an uninsured Ohio resident with total household income not exceeding 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. Proof of household income is required, such as income tax return, copies of your last (2) pay stubs, W-2 or proof of government assistance. Program details and an application can be obtained from the registration staff.

*Care is provided by physicians from Wright State Physicians Inc. and FRHC Certified Nurse Midwives. We mentor students from the Wright State’s Boonshoft School of Medicine, as well as Nurse Midwifery Programs.
