If you will be more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, please call the center to verify that you can still be seen. If you cannot keep your appointment, please call at least 24 hours in advance in order to open up that time for other patients.
We want our patients to continue to stay safe and healthy, at home. For appointments deemed necessary our pracitioners will suggest Telehealth (video or phone) appointments allow you to receive quality care while avoiding a visit to the office.
